’ THE TERMS ANNOUNCED I Deceived Muy 3(1, 1.15 a.n.. 1 i AXHHHDA, May 29. ; The new Commonwealth loan ot £12,500,000 will be issued at 99$ with norr mal interest .rates of 3 3-8 per cent, for a term of 14 years, it was announced 1 to-night by the Loan Council. The etR fectivc redemption yield will be £3 8s 4d compared with £3 Os 5d for the ' last internal loan.
