BEST RATES MAINTAINED Received May 29, 8.10 p.m. SYDNEY, May 29. At the wool sales 10/110 bales were offered and 9060 were sold, also 2105 privately. Although there was some irregularity in the case of medium to coarse descriptions or faul'y crossbreds, prices otherwise were equal to fhe best point of the week, with excellent competition from Japan and the Continent for Merino and cuine-back descriptions.
