in ‘‘Broadway Thru a Keyhole,” Ihe Walter Winchell musical expose of New York night life showing tonight. at the Duchess Theatre, Director Lowell Sherman had the responsibility of introducing two screen newcomers. They are Russ Columbo, popular radio croonr, and Paul Klly, Broadway stage favourite, and that Sherman did a good .job is proven by their performances as the singer and gangster, respectively, who ar both in love with a night club dancer, played by Constance Cummings. Another speaking stage favourite introduced to the screen in this production is Hugh O’Connell. He provides much of the comedy in this picture. Other noted personalities adding to the fun and excitement in “Broadway Tru a. Keyhole,” are the late Texas Guinan. Abe Lyman and his band, Frances Williams, Gregory Ratoff, William Durress, C. Henry Gordon, and Helen Jerome I'iddr.
