N.Z. SHIPMENTS IN LONDON The Department of Agriculture hag received the following cablegram, dated April 27, from the High Commissioner for New Zealand, London:— Fruit: Satisfactory demand in view of large arrivals of Australian, Rangitiki, Matakana and Tuscan Star apples generally in geed condition. R-angi-tiki pears in sound condition generally. Some Winter Cole, Comice, Marie Louise and Conference variable. Tuscan Si ar pears discharging Monday. Apples: Current prices are: —Cox’* Orange, Ils to 16s; Granny Smith, 14s; Jonathan, IDs to I3s; Delicious, 11s to 12s; Ballarat, 8s to 10s; Dunn’s Favourite, London Pippin, 8s to 9s 6d; Lord Wolseley, 7s to Rs 6d. Pears: Comice, 12s to 18s; Winter Cole, 9s ro 12s; Packham’s Triumph, 10s to 11s 6d; Beurre Bose, 10s to 13s; P. Barry. 10s to 12s. Conference, 9s to 12s; Vicar of Winkfield, 6s to 8s; Beurre Capiamont, 7s to 10s; Marie Louise, 6s to 8s; Beurre Clairgeau, 7s; Broompark, 7s 9d; Beurre Diet 7g to 7s 6d.
