SELLERS REDUCE PRICES. Received April 30, 5.5 p.m. LONDON, April 29. Wheat cargoes, following the improved condition of spring sowings in the United States and Canada, are lower on Winnipeg advices. Sellers have reduced prices by IJd to 3d, with but little respense from buyers. Parcels are available at similar declines, but trading is quiet, apart from the defand for French. Futures.—London, April 23s 6d per quarter, June 23s 9d; Liverpool, May 5s 4? t d per cental, July 5s 7 l-Bd, October 5s 9d, December 5s 10 l-Bd.
