MAGISTRATE'S DECISION [ Per Press Association J DUNEDIN, April 29. At the Pulice Court this morning the magistrate (Mr. Bundle) confirmed his decision of last week convicting Vivian Simeon Jacobs, tobacconist, on a charge arising from the sale of a ticket in fattersall’s. The cases against six others were adjourned to May J 3 to allow consideration of the question of appeal, security for which was fixed at £lO 10s plus a line of £7 10s.
