A FAVOURABLE YEAR. OTTAWA. April 16. Customs and Excise collections for the 12 months ending March 31, aggregated 226,705,605 dollars, an increase of 23,431,541, compared with a ye-ar ago. Canadian exports aggregated 659, 474,994 dollars and imports 522,212,498. There was a favourable trade balance of 137,262,496 dollars.
