MANCHU EMPEROR
THE VISIT TO JAPAN. Received April 15, 11.55 p.m. TOKIO, April 15. The Manchurian Emperor departed by train to Kyoto after a ten-day visit to Western Japan. The railway to Kyoto was heavily guarded, police being dotted every few yards.
