VERY SATISFACTORY OUTCOME COMMENT BY MR. COATES [ Per Frew Association J WELLINGTON, April 10. The Finance Minister, Hon. ,1. G. Coates, stated to-day at the opening ol the Prudential building that the outcome of last year’s Budgel was ' cry satisfactory. Mostly due to receipts in the nature of windfalls which will not recur, the year closed with a substantial surplus, which had materially reduced the accumulated deficits carried forward for the years 1931-32 and 1933-31.
