Brennan said that the Bill would throw upon an accused person the onus of proving that he was not a prohibited immigrant. .It was not aimed at Griffin, but would apply particularly io Asiatics smuggled ashore, many of them at our Northern gate. If Griffin behaved himself no 1 further action would be taken.
