PROPOSED CHANGES IN RULES. I Per Press Association J DUNEDIN, April 8. At a meeting of the Management Committee of the Otago Rugby Union to-night it was decided to obtain the views of the Hon. J. McLeod (Taranuki), and Messrs. A. E. McPhail (Canterbury) and G. Madrlison (Hawke’s 'Bay) on any suggested changes in the rules of the game before coming to a decision regarding the nomination of delegates to the Imperial Conference.
