SOVIET RAILWAY SYSTEM. THOUSANDS OF ACCIDENTS. MOSCOW, March 20. The Soviet railways annual report admits 62,000 accidents and collisions involving hundreds of deaths and thousands of injuries, and placing out of action of 7000 locomotives, destroying 4500 trucks and carriages, and damaging 60,000.
