NATIONAL MINISTRY COUNTRY PARTY BREAK GRAVE CRISIS LIKELY [By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyrightl MELBOURNE, March 20. A joint conference of the central council of the Victorian Country Partv and the Parliamentary branch of the party decided to discontinue the party’s association with the National Ministry. The secret votifig resulted in 27 votes to 14 in favour of the resolution. The decision is regarded as likely to create a grave political crisis. The Premier may have to face ‘the House with a wholly United Australia Party Cabinet in the event, of Country Party Ministers agreeing to abide by the conference decision. Because of yesterday’s decision of the Country Party to withdraw from the national composite Government in Victoria, the three Country Party Ministers, Messrs. Dunstan, Allan and Goudie, tendered their resignations to the Premier, Sir Stanley Argyle, at a special Cabinet meeting to-day.
