PROCESSION AT WELLINGTON, • [ Per Press Association ] WELLINGTON, March 19. Warning slogans concerning fire risks were prominently displayed in a procession of fire-fighting machines through the main streets to-day. The parade marked the opening of “Fire Preven tion Week." In the evening there was a general turnout at the Central Station, which was open for inspection by the public.
