MOTOR COLLISION INQUIRY
•CONFLICT OF EVIDENCE ( Per Press Association. J WELLINGTON, Feb. “There is conflict of evidence as to the exact position of the two vehicles at the moment of collision, and as there is a possibility of further proceedings arising out of the occurrence, I do not propose to express any opinion on the point.” So said the coroner to-day at the resumed inquest on Ixirraine Enoka, who he found to have • lied as the result ot’ injuries received in a collision between a motor-cycle he was riding and a car owned and driven by Jean Catherine Dallas. Th< accident took place near Paekakarilc on February 9.
