As a - quel to the incident at Too woomba when Fireman Patterson ord ered Prince Henry to stop smoking another member of the Fire Brigade William Buchanan, has issued a sum mons against the Mayor (Mr. Annand) claiming £lOO damages for alleged as sault and alleged false imprisonment.
