THE DOMINION CONTEST ( Per Press Association ). TIMARU, Oct. 29. Ot a meeting held at Timaru, at which representatives of the New Zealand Pipe Bands’ Association was present, it was decided to hold the Dominion pipe band contest at Timaru in February provided sufficient public sup port was forthcoming. It was stated that a guarantee of 12 bauds already was in sight.
