AUSTRIAN ROYALTY

POPULAR DEMONSTRATIONS. LONDON, Sept. 16. The Guardian’s Vienna corresponient says that an important legitimist demonstration at Eisenstadt bestowed an honorary citizenship on the Archduke Otto, who has been similarly honoured by 309 Austrian cities in the past three years.

The Archduke Eugen has returned from exile in Switzerland, where he represented the Emperor. The demonstration passed a resolution demanding the repeal of laws expelling the Hapsburgs and confiscating property.
