Major D. A. C. Lilburne, First Battalion Wellington-West Coast Regiment has received the award of efficiency decoration for 20 years’ commissioned service. Lieut. J. W. Barry, N.Z.S.C., Command Ordnance Office (Northern Command), Waikato Camp, Ngaruawahia, will succeed Capt.
