FATAL AIR CRASH
FUNERALS AT NEW PLYMOUTH. f Per Press Association. ] NEW PLYMOUTH, Sept. 16. The extraordinary sympathy aroused through the death of S. W. Green (pilot) and J. A. Austin, in tho air crash in the Pouakai ranges on Thursday, was exemplified at the funerals to-day. Both were popular young men. A cortege of cars half a mile long followed the hearse conveying the body of Green to the cemetery. Austin’s funeral was of a more private nature.
