SHIP LEAVES THE TYNE [ British Official Wireless. ] Received Sept. 14, 5.5 p m. RUGBY, Sept. 13. The destroyer Electra left the Tyne for her trials, and afterwards proceeded to Portsmouth. Of the destroyers ordered under the 1931 programme, the Electra is the second to be completed.
