ANNUAL MEETING HELD. ELECTION OF OFFICERS. The annual meeting of the Wanganui Garrison 3and was held on Wednesday evening, Mr. I). McFarlane presiding over a good attendance. The annual report and balance-sheet were read and adopted and a very satisfactory year was recorded. The following officers were elected for the coming year:—Patron, Mr. N. G. Armstrong; presiidcnt, Mr. ID. McFarlane; vice-president, Mr D. Gilbertson; citizens’ committee, Messrs. D. McFarlane, J. C. Richardson, D. Gilbertson, O. Allomes, E. O’Meara, G. Swain, W. L. Young, W. Hickman, N. Reid (secretary); band committee, Messrs. W. Francis, L. Wright, O. Williams. R. Garner, W. Skelsey; treasurer, E. O’Meara; secretary, H. J. Hall; minute secretary, W Summers; property master, H. J. Hall; librarians, L. Wright and R. Garner.
