MR SIDNEY B. MYER Received Sept. 5, 11.55 p.m. MELBOURNE, Sept. 5. The death occurred suddenly of Alr Sidney B. Myer, [governing director of the Myer Emporium, aged 55. Air Myer who was a Russian Jew, arrived in Melbourne 30 years ago a poor man. He died one of the wealthiest and most successful businessmen in Australia. His business, the capital of whi’ch was £3,000,000, employed 4000 persons and occupied a large space in the friitre of the, city.
