AUSTRALIANS’ TOUR CREDIT BALANCE-SHEET LAST. SEASON. ( Per Press Association.). WELLINGTON, July 3. The balance-sheets of the various athletic centres affiliated with the New Zealand Amaiteur Athletic Association in connection with the tour of the three Australians through the Dominion were presented at a meeting of the council of the association to-night. The tour showed a profit of £320 12s sd. The council favourably considered an invitation to send four athletes to compete at the Melbourne Centenary games. The secretary advised that he had written to Dr. A. Lamb, of McGill University, who- would be managing the team of .12 Canadian schoolboy athletes who will be visiting Australia this year, suggesting that the team should compete at Wellington on December land travel to Rotorua to compete there on December 5, and Auckland on December 8, giving the boys three days there before sailing for Vancouver on December JI,
