They eventually succeeded in righting th® boat, and were surprised to find the body still wedged under the scat. The men were unable to make the shore, so a line wa< run out and they were hauled t< the beach Thp body was later identified arthat of a local council employee, some of whoso personal effects were among the kc-cks.
