In the will of Mr. Charles Gardner, the well-known Tattersail’s (England) bookmaker, who died on March 1, is the following instruction: “I expressly direct niy trustees not to press any persons to whom I may have lent money for payment of the amounts owing by them to me at my death.” Mr. Gardner’s estate amounted la £32,598.
