LADIES’ GOLF NOTES. At a meeting of the Taihape Ladies’ Golf Club committee on Friday evening the following decisions were made:— May Competitions.—Monthly medal competition, May 10 and 12. Coronation Medal and Aotea Oup.— May 17 and 19. Monthly Bogey Match.—May 24 and 26. Open Eclectic Competition.—lt was decided that all club matches including the open eclectic be played according to L.G.U. rules; therefore, all cards must be signed by L.G.U. members. Bogey Competitions.—lt was decided that bogey competitions be run in two divisions, senior and junior, and that a 10s 6d trophy be donated to the winner in each division. Knock-out Competition.—lt was decided to begin the knock-out in the first week in June. Bridge Evening.—Arrangements for the bridge evening to be held in the Carlton Rooms on May 21 were discussed. The following is the draw for the medal round to be played this week:— A Grade. Miss Carrington v. Mrs. McKenzie. Miss K. McCartiin v. Mrs. Coutts. Mrs. Neagle v. Miss Dickinson. Mrs. Kincaid v. Mrs. W. Nicholls. Miss D. Sexton v. Miss Bowler. Mrs. J. Thompson v. Mrs. On gley. B Grade. ' Miss M. Sexton v. scorer. Mrs. James v. Miss Spooner. Mrs. Kronfeld v. Miss Bradley. Miss Potts v. Mrs Caithness. Mrs. Hay v. Mrs. Denne. Mrs. Forsyth v. Mrs. Me Crone. Miss Fookes v. Miss J, Sexton. Mrs. Murrell v. Mrs. Ormond. Miss Beban v. scorer. C Grade (to play for a golf ball). Mrs. Bray v. Miss Hutchinson. Mrs. Pirritt v. Mrs. Price. Mrs Fitzsimons v. Miss Malone. Mrs. Sherriff v. Mrs. Pringle. Miss Murray v. Mrs. MacCallum.
