LATE SIR H. WIGRAM

DISTRIBUTION OF ESTATE. I Per Press Association. J CHRISTCHUCH. May 7. The estate of Sir Henry Wigram will be sworn for probate at £190,000. Two legacies are left to public organisations in Christchurch, and the rest of the estate will be absorbed in the payment of numerous bequests to relatives in England and New Zealand, to friends and business associates, and to Sir Henry’s personal attendants. None of those who have cared for him in his many years of ill-health have been omitted from mention in the will. The two public bequests are to the Nurse Maude District Nursing Association, £5OO, and the Royal Life-saving Society £lOO. Sir Henry had given during his lifetime the equivalent of nearly £50,000 to the cause of aviation in New Zealand.
