WIDOW SUES GOVERNOR Received April 22, 6.10 p.m. SAN FRANCISCO, April 21. Mrs Evelyn Holmes, widow of one of the men who were lynched for the murder of Hart, is suing Governor Rolph and others for 1,005,000 dollars damages.
