“STAMP OUT GRAFT”
BRITISH MUNICIPALITIES. A DEPARTMENTAL WARNING. LONDON, April 8. The Dispatch says: "Stamp out graft” is the warning the Ministry of Health has sent to the municipal authorities throughout Britain, following an investigation into councillors’ alleged acceptance of presents, not always money, from contractors. It also discovered councillors giving highly paid jobs to relatives.
