ENGLAND TO AUSTRALIA
AIRMEN ARRIVE AT DARWIN Received April 6, 7.8 p.m. DARWIN, April G. The airmen Rubins and Waller left Koepang this morning and arrived at Darwin at 12.23 p.m. Rubins and Waller are remaining about ten days in Australia, returning by the same route after visiting Sydney and Melbourne. 'Their object is to survey the route of the Centenary race, as Rubins intends flying a new type of Comet machine. Their present machine is a Leopard Moth with an enclosed cabin. Rubins is Australian born and served with the Imperial forces. Waller a native of Kent.
