WESTRADIAN CYCLONE
' FATE OF PEARLING FLEET PERTH, March 31. Nothing is yet known of the fate of the pearling fleet from Onslow, though it is hoped that the vessels are sheltering along the coast from the cyclone. The mail aeroplane from the north-west coast has also not been reported. GALE IN CORAL SEA BRISBANE, March 31. TWO PLANES CRASH FOUR PASSENGERS INJURED Received April .1, 6.5 p.m. PERTH, April 1. Two West Australian Airways aero planes encountered vile weather on the north-west coast, yesterday, and crashed on completion of an 800-mile Hight. Ono machine came down at the Anna Plains Station and the other in the vicinity of Broome. Four passengers were injured, but nut seriously. The propellers of both aerowere smashed and other damage caused. The pih't. ot one machine reports that he landed at Onslow, prior to the mishap. It is ascertained that there was no loss of life in the cyclone on Thursday, but a concrete jetty for shipping costing £120,000 was completely swept away.
