ROOSEVELT RECOVERY PLAN. MR. BENNETT’S STATEMENT. TORONTO, Nov. 7. Disposing of rumours that Canada is to imitate the Roosevelt recovery plan, Mr. R. B. Bennett (Premier) told the Board of Trade that the Government refuses to bo spectacular. The only things ahead of Canadians are thrift and hard work.
