KING’S HUMANITY
MR MCGOVERN’S TRIBUTE Received Feb. 6, 9.20 p.m. LONDON, Feb. 5. The King’s humanity was proved by his urging Air MacDonald to persuade the Government to restore the unemployment cuts, said Air AlcGovern, at Blackburn, where the hungermarchers arrived. He said that the King and Prince of Wales knew of the tremendous suffering and hardship thronghout the country.
