The Belfast correspondent of the Times telegraphs: “Ulster has a moral and constitutional right to remain in close association with Britain and the Empire,” declared Lord Craigavon in a speech at the opening of tho Now Northern Ireland Parliament. “The citizens of Northern Ireland are not going to be slave people under the Irish Free State. Parliament, still less under an Irish Republic.”
