SITUATION IN SPAIN WORKERS PREFER SOVIET LONDON, Dec. 1. The Chronicle’s Aladrid correspondent says that the Socialist newspaper El Sociaiista alleges that the officers of the Saragossa garrison are arranging a military march on Aladrid to support a Conservative Government under Senor Lerroux. Tho paper adds that rather than follow tho example of Italy and Germany the Spanish workers will follow Russia.
