AIUST BALANCE BUDGET. Received Dec. 3, 7.30 p.m. LONDON, Dec. 3. The French Chamber, by 391 votes tu 39, passel a vote of confidence in M. Chau temps, 200 right wingers abstain ing on the Government’s demand for a postponement of interpellations until after the finance debate on December 7. M. Chautenips urged a party truce in the higher interests of the country. He tabled proposals to balance the Budget, which must immediately be achieved in order to avoid grave consequences, as a permanent deficit is threatening the Treasury.
