SCRIP CERTIFICATES
GOLD MINING COMPANIES ISSUE UNNECESSARILY SLOW ( Ter Press Association. 1 WELLINGTON, Dec. 1. The Wellington Stock Exchange ried a resolution strongly protesting against tho unnecessary delay by certain gold-mining companies, two of which were named, in issuing scrip certificates to shareholders; also that tho committee of the Stock Exchange which had listed these companies be asked to remove them from the official list of quotations unless scrip certificates as prescribed by the. listing regulations were issued at once.
