THOUSANDS AFFECTED BAVARIAN STATEMENT. By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright) MUNICH, Nov. 30. Between 200,000 and 300,000 Germans will become liable for sterilisation in a few years, says a Bavarian official. A hundred thousand Bavarians, including 18,000 prisoners, have already been examined in search, both for those to be sterilised and for those who arc most eligible to found healthy families.
