WANGANUI RESULTS. Five matches were played in Ihe Wanganui Mercantile League cricket competition, some interesting games being provided. Harman’s secured a five-point win over Wanderers. Hefferen made top score for Wanderers, getting 26 before he was caught and bowled by Falconer. Railway notched a live-pointer at the expense of Suburban, G. Harrison topscoring with 69. Another live-point, win went to the credit of Gas Works, who defeated Watersiders. the highest score in the match being the 16 of C. Spriggens. Rangers secured an eight-point, win over Kernohan’s, P. McMinn, for the winners, makig top score of 27.
