INTOXICATED DRIVER
SCHOOLMASTER FINED. ( Per Press Association. I WELLINGTON, Oct. 13. James Richard Kirby, aged 45, schoolmaster, for being found in charge of a car while in a state of intoxication, was fined £2O to-day and his license suspended for 12 months. The offence was at 3 o’clock this morning, Kirby having attended a cabaret.
