SHEEP WORRYING
DOGS IN HAGLEY PARK. SIXTY EWES KILLED. [ Per Press Association. I CHRISTCHURCH, Aug. 2. Two dogs, described as of the Alsa tian breed, attacked a flock of ewes grazing in Hagley Park overnight, causing the death of 60. A number of others were maimed.. The sheep were valued at £45. Later both dogs were ehot by a shepherd.
