NOTICE OF INTENTION TO MAKE AND LEVY GENERAL AND HOSPITAL RATES. pUBLIC Notice is hereby given that it is the intention of the Kiwitea County Council at a Special Meeting to be held on the 16th. day of August, 1933, to make and levy General Rates under the provisions and authorities of “The-Rating Avt, 1925,” “The Counties’ Act. 1920,” and respective Amendments, on the rateable valuation (on the basis of the Capital Value) of all rateable properties of the nine Hidings of which the County consists, as under: Cheltenham Riding—7-16ths. of Id in the £. Kiwitea Riding—s-16ths. of Id in the £. Waituna Riding—7-16ths. of Id in the £. Ongo Riding—3-Bths, of Id in the £• Kimbolton Riding—7-16ths. of Id in the £. Pecp-O-Day Riding—7-16ths. of Id in the £. Pakihikura Riding—id in the £. Rangiwahia Riding—7-16ths. of Id in the £. Hautapu Riding—9-16ths. of Id in the £. Also to make and levy a separate Hospital Rate under the provisions nnd authorities of “The Rating Act. 1925,” and Section 52 of “The Hospital and Charitable Institutions Act, 1926,” of 3-16ths. of Id in the £. on the Capital Value of all rateable property in the County of Kiwitea, for the purpose of providing for the payment of the annual levy of the Palmerston North Hospital Board for the current year. All the above rates are for the period commencing on the Ist. day of April, 1933, and ending on the 31st day of Maixh, 1934, and are pavable in one sum at the County Office, Kimbolton, on the 11th. dav of September, 1933.
