SUMMER RECESS. RESUMING IN NOVEMBER. I British Official Wireless. J RUGBY, July 28. Parliament rose to-day for the summer recess and, unless members are recalled for any special reason, it will not reassemble until November 7. The Prime Minister leaves to-morrow by air for Lossiemouth, where be spends the first part of his holiday.
