LONDON MARKETS. The Department of Agriculture has received the following cablegram, dated July 22, from the Higjj Commissioner for New Zealand, London:— Tallow: Demand is good at auction; 795 casks offered, of which 416 sold Present spot quotations are:— Mutton—
Hemp: Manila —Fair demand at slightly better prices. U K” grade for August-October shipment sold £l6 ss. Sisal—Market steady, with values well maintained. No. I for August-October shipment. £l7 15s. Now Zealand —Market quiet and prices nominally unchanged. _________
