The Wellington Racing Club’s winter meeting was continued at Trentham today in line weather though it was heavily overease and drizzling rain fell before the last race. The track was a bit holding and slower than on Tuesday. There were several surprise results. The attendance was large and the totalisator handled £25,873 10s, against £16,068 on the second day last year, an increase of £9805 10s. The JT' total increase for two days being £14,717 10s.
