PARLIAMENTARY HANDICAP PROSPECTS FOR TO-DAY (By 11 Kestrel”) Prospects for the seeoud day of the Wellington Racing Club’s winter meet iug, which will bo continued to-day, appear very bright, and the racing should be as interesting as it was on Tuesday. In order to avoid the delay which occurred on Tuesday, it has been decided to start the first race at 11.30 a.m. and the remaining events will be correspondingly earlier.
