RISE IN FUTURES. EFFECT OF POUR CROPS. WINNIPEG, July IE Based on the weather forecast and the Uniled States crop report, an advance of 4f cents to 4 5-8 cents was recorded in wheat futures to-day, Julv closed at 88 cents; October, 90 7 8 cents; December, 92 I 8 cents; and May, 96$ cents. Ihe Bureau of Statistics announced to-day that the Canadian spring wheat crop was 23 per cent, below the averInge on June 30.
