PEACE DAY

W.C.T.V. CELEBRATION. The Peace Day annual celebration held by the W.C.T.U. rooms, MeGruer’s Buildings. A short programme has been arranged, which will include an address by Mr. A. Douglass, B.Sc., of the Friends’ .School, entitled “Educating for Peace.” A musical programme has been arranged by Mrs. J. Barney and amongst those who will give items are Miss J. Harman and Mrs. Tizard. The celebration is always enjoyed and it is expected that a large number will bo present. A collection will be taken.
