CONCILIATION COUNCIL
GROCERS’ DISPUTE. THE COURT’S RULING. [ Per Press Association. I CHRISTCHURCH. May 16: According to the judgment of the Arbitration Court, the employers whom the Conciliation Commissioner (Air. S. Ritchie) struck out from the grocers’ dispute must be regarded for the present as being outside the dispute. The Conciliation Council may, however, decide to join them again under Section 113 of the Act, but reasonable notice must be given before this can bo done. The dispute, it is stated, comes before the council again here to-morrow.
